Open Settings → Hub Mode / Kiosk to manage stations and their access policies. Each station requires account sign-in. Guest access and PIN or badge sign-in are not supported. Organization managers can configure station access and lock or end sessions belonging to their organization.
From a station, use Printer controls or Print queue to open the normal printing tools. Your organization permissions still determine which printers and actions you can use. Station policies control entry to the station; they do not replace organization permissions on other screens.
Inactivity protection follows navigation within the station's browser tab and retains the deadline after reload. A station also checks for an administrator lock every 30 seconds while connected. If the network stops responding, the local inactivity timer continues to operate.
Choose Lock or End Session before leaving a shared computer. Both clear the browser session and, in SoLoPrint Desktop's Cloud source, the stored desktop session. If sign-out cannot finish, the controls remain hidden and the station shows a retry action. Do not leave the computer until sign-out succeeds.
Choose Sign in to unlock to authenticate again. A station lock protects the SoLoPrint session; use the computer's operating-system lock to protect other applications and browser profiles. The This computer desktop source is a local workshop and does not provide organization kiosk mode.
