In Users, an authorized organization manager can assign the Viewer role. Viewers can inspect data available to them but cannot create files, change spool inventory, control printers or change membership roles.
Private cloud files remain limited to their owner. Group permissions can refine access; review effective permissions after changing roles or groups. Shared print stations require account sign-in and continue to enforce organization permissions.
