Download the current Android app from SoLoPrint Downloads. Sign in with the same account used on the web. Organization permissions determine which printers, files and actions are available.
Open Settings for the in-app support conversation or Help Center. If the app cannot connect, check internet access and try the web app. Do not send passwords, printer access codes or API keys to support.
