How to permanently delete your SoLoPrint account and telemetry data

Data Privacy is Paramount

If you retire from 3D printing or shift platforms, we do not want to hoard your telemetry data or hold your active email hostage.

Destruction Protocol

As soon as you delete your Workspace and User Account, we trigger a cascade delete in our Supabase instance.

  1. In the Web Dashboard, enter your Profile Settings.
  2. Look for the massive red button labeled Delete Workspace & Account.
  3. Type your password or confirm the modal.

This executes a hard wipe of your Spool library, associated OctoPrint Bridge connection strings, G-Code blobs in our Object Storage, and revokes all WebRTC keys permanently. This cannot be undone.
