Managing your SoLoPrint Subscription and Billing Details

Seamless Account Changes

If you started a print farm out of your garage using SoLoPrint Free, but exploded into a full-scale operation, unlocking SoLoPrint Pro is instantaneous.

1. Activating Pro

  1. Launch the SoLoPrint Web Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to your profile avatar on the bottom left and select Settings.
  3. Click the Billing tab.
  4. You will see a breakdown of the Free vs Pro features.
  5. Click Upgrade. A secure Stripe checkout portal will appear seamlessly inline.
  6. Enter your business Credit Card detail. You are immediately upgraded to Pro.

2. Changing Cards and Invoices

Under the exact same Billing tab, selecting Manage Subscription opens the secure Stripe Customer Portal where you can download tax invoices, change cards, or cancel auto-renewal.
